Job Title: Sr.Manager – Engg. & Maint.
Location : Tarapur & Mumbai
Experience : 8 – 10 yrs
Qualification : B.E.(Mech.)

Purpose of Job:

Plan and organize maintenance activities and ensure effective utilization of equipments and utility services to achieve set production and maintenance targets without any interruption.

JOB PROFILE :

1. Monitor and comply statutory requirements and Quality System needs
2. Develop and implement systems /procedures for improving equipments performance and their availability.
3. Co-ordinate with Production, Materials, Accounts departments for maintenance of plant equipments & utilities.
4. Planning, organizing and monitoring maintenance activities as per plant needs.
5. Train Staff, Operators and update their skills (cGMP, Safety, etc).

Desired Profile:
BE (Mech.), 8-10 yrs. exp.of heading the Engg. & Maint.function of cGMP compliant API unit.  Should be able to handle maintenance of reactors, centrifuge, dryers, RO water Plant, equipments like chilling, brine, Air compressors, AHU, HVAC, etc.
